Louisiana Music Educator’s Association District IV Website We will be posting information here that is pertinent to the District IV Area. You are a member of District IV if you are a music educator, and member of MENC, have paid your Louisiana dues (click on the link to the left to join), and you teach in the following parishes: East Baton Rouge, East Feliciana, Iberville, Livingston, Point Coupee, West Baton Rouge, West Feliciana Parishes and the area east of the Mississippi River in Ascension and St. James Parishes. Others in surrounding areas may participate in District IV events if eligible and have the permission of the District Director. Dates for all LMEA events for 2010-11 are posted here. Click to see. Solo and Ensemble Festival information is now on a separate page. Go here to get forms and procedures for having an LMEA sanctioned Solo and Ensemble event. The District Director is Richard Bresowar.
